    Abstract: 這是高雄縣三民鄉民生村布農族人歌唱的一張照片。三民鄉的民生村原來是以卡那卡那富族人為主的聚落，布農族是後來才遷居至此的族群。在照片當中族人互相攙扶著，以歌唱的方式圍成一個緊密的圓圈，這種型態主要是在唱祈禱小米豐收歌的時候才會使用。布農族人相信，歌聲越和諧、好聽，天神越高興，代表今年就能夠收成結實纍纍的小米，而這種合唱方式就是布農族人聞名國際的八部合音。
