    Abstract: 這是花蓮縣豐濱鄉豐濱村阿美族豐年祭當中年齡階級晉級的儀式。在這個儀式中，每一位要進下一個階級的年齡階級都需要喝一大碗的米酒，在部落當中這樣的行為有多重的意義，一方面是一種訓練，也是一種服從，另外也是一種獎賞與鼓勵。照片右邊是當時呂炳川教授助理的胡金山先生在協助錄音跟記錄的工作。
