在後現代的情境中,任何巨型的大系統論述幾近瓦解,隨之而來的是「對話時代的來臨」。儒學自不能免於這個風潮,而儒學進入和各大教對話的基礎是「終極關懷」,當代儒學中已有不少學者做出努力,但都偏於儒學「終極關懷」的「本體論」說明,缺乏實踐途徑的闡釋,本文欲補足這個欠缺。首先從「終極關懷」的意義說起,再說明何以選擇明末劉蕺山為我們取材的對象,接著便以蕺山的理論體系說明這個實踐途徑。 On post-modern situation,the great theories are over. Dialogue time has come. Confucianism can not avoid this trend. The basis of the dialogue is the ultimate concern. Many scholars have made efforts. They are biased towards the ontological description. Lack of practical approaches. This article is to make up for this missing.First I explain the meaning of ultimate concern.And then explain why the object is the Liu, Zongzhou late Ming. Finally, using the theory of Liu, Zongzhou, illustrate the practical ways.
