摘要: | 本研究以曾是中部某國小志工為研究對象,旨在探討國小愛心志工流失之原因與因應策略,主要研究目的有三:一、瞭解國小愛心志工參與動機;二、分析國小愛心志工流失原因。三、歸納愛心志工流失之因應策略。 為達上述目的,首先採文獻分析及深度訪談來進行研究,在文獻分析上蒐集志工管理與志願服務等相關文獻資料,及國內外期刊論文、書籍、碩博士論文、政府出版品、各個相關網站、及中部某國小組織規章與內部文件等,用以作為理論與實務分析評述之依據。 再將訪談所要的議題及配合本研究的問題與目的,以提綱挈領方式設計訪談大綱,並採自然且半開放式的訪談方式。愛心志工訪談之後,本研究獲得許多豐富資料,在這些資料中也逐漸出現規律性,可以歸納共同現象。於是,結束正式訪談階段,開始進行資料的處理與分析。經分析結果獲致下列結論。一、國小愛心志工參與服務之重要影響因素與動機。二、「全面性的支持」是學校實施志工制度成敗的關鍵。三、國小愛心志工流失之原因是多重的。四、營造快樂的志願服務環境是最佳因應策略。 This study has taken volunteers who used to be volunteers at the central area of Taiwan as the object of the study. The purport of this study is to explore the causes and countermeasures for the turnover of parent volunteers in the elementary school. There are three targets of this study: (1) To understand the motivation of the volunteers for participation in elementary volunteer service.(2) To analyze the reasons for the turnover of the school volunteers (3)To conclude the countermeasure strategies of the turnover of the school volunteers. For achievement of the targets above, first, documents analysis and deep interviews have been taken to conduct this research. In the analysis of the documents, related documents such as work management and volunteer services, domestic and international journal articles, books, PhD theses, Government publications, various related websites, and the organization regulations and internal documents of some elementary school at the central area of Taiwan have been gathered for analysis as the basis for the theory and practice of comments. Then match the subjects of interview to the issues and problems with the purposes of this study, in order to design the interview focused on the vital Outline, and using natural and semi-open interviews. After school volunteer interviews, this study received many copious information in these materials. In these materials, some materials are also emerging regularity, can be summed up common phenomenon. Therefore, at the end of the formal interview, begin processing the analysis of data. After analyzing the results ,we got the following conclusions.First, the motivation of elementary school volunteers to participate in volunteer service is an important factor.Second, the "comprehensive support" is the key point to the success of the school to implement a volunteer system.Third, the reason for the turnover of school volunteers are multiple.Fourth, creating a happy volunteer service environment is the best coping strategies of the turnover of volunteers. |
