This study was set to discuss what factors would affect the awareness, attitudes and behavioral intentions of elementary school teachers in considering campus-wise strategic alliance. This study used questionnaires, and the stratified random sample of subjects drawn provided 345 effective samples. Researcher analyzes the collected data using: descriptive statistics, independent- sample t-test, one-way ANOVA and the Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The main findings are as follows:1、In general, the sample subjects responded positively to all three dimensions. 2、These appears a “filtering effect”: it seems easier to be just aware, with only one antecedent factor, while to have a supportive attitude, three factors are found to be significant. Furthermore, five factors are found to affect one to move from conceptually supportive to have the intention to act (behave). 3、Awareness and attitudes are marginally correlated, while awareness shows no significant correlation to behavioral intentions. On the other hand, attitudes and behavioral intentions are related at a significantly moderate level. The results of the study provide school administrators and policy makers practical implications in promoting school alliances whether among schools or cross-sector.
