| 摘要: | 舌診屬於「望、聞、問、切」四診中之「望診」重要項目，從中醫的角度來看，舌頭的狀況與臟腑有密切的聯繫，因此藉著觀察舌頭，即可知曉體內之狀態。 在傳統舌診判斷中，主要受當時醫師主觀意識、經驗以及當下環境因素影響。對於現代中醫師而言，這些傳統醫師的判斷缺乏客觀性，常有紀錄不實或紀錄不全之窘境，需要透過臨床經驗的長久累積與驗證，才能對病症做出精確的辨症。現代醫學雖有精密儀器舌診儀輔助，但是卻受於操作標準高、不便移動等限制。另外因應無紙病歷普及，因此如何使用電子病歷系統建立舌診紀錄、方便判讀及診斷標準化，克服以上論點是有價值的。 本研究利用智慧型行動裝置的優勢開發輔助中醫舌診診斷之APP，透過系統分析及規劃，將醫師所需要的診斷因子之對應病機整理成表。當醫師診斷病人時提示病機之描述，協助醫師總結病症，並將中醫師舌診診斷之經驗以文字、圖像等方式記錄下來。一方面可以請多位醫師反覆審視診斷結果是否正確，同時可以做為醫師教導實習醫師之用，最終達到中醫臨床舌診斷斷作業之標準化程序。
