本研究擬一探臺灣教師專業發展推動的現況與所面臨的問題,並藉由對於芬蘭師資培育特色中之碩士化制度深入研究,希望能為我國教師專業發展提供相關建議。其研究發現有:職前教育階段:臺灣芬蘭雖皆採兩階段遴選方式,但芬蘭之遴選制度著重心理測驗,篩選能力較佳。臺灣目前的師資培育採學程制,較之芬蘭嚴謹且以專業取向,研究導向型的師資培育制度,相對顯得深度與廣度不足。實習導入階段:較之芬蘭不論在學士階段或是碩士階段皆有教育實習,臺灣不論在時間、內容皆相對顯得極為不足。在職進修階段:兩國教師在職進修的情況自由且踴躍,但臺灣教師受到晉級加薪的利誘較熱衷學位的修習。在職進修經費之投注臺灣明顯不足。 根據本研究之結果,提出對臺灣教師專業發展建議如下:職前教育階段:增加教育專業課程之份量;落實試教及集中實習;提昇師資培育之層級;管控師資培育機構素質。實習導入階段:增加教育實習時間; 教育實習的內容要紮實;注重實作;實習指導教授、實習輔導老師及實習生應緊密結合。在職進修階段:獎勵與懲處並進;暢通在職進修管道。 The aim of this study is focused on the development of Taiwan's Teacher Education and the problem which it was occurred nowadays. On the basis characteristics of Finnish Teacher Education research, it could indicate the relative suggestions to the development of Taiwan's Teacher Education. The findings from this study are as follows: Pre-Service Education: Two-stage- selection is performed in both of Taiwan and Finland. As a result of great emphasis on the psychological test in Finland, the result of selection is better. However, the curriculum design of Taiwan's Teacher Education is relatively lack of the range and depth of profession compared with research-based teacher education in Finland. Practice teacher : Practical training programs is conducted via bachelor and master degree in Finland.Compared with Finland, the Practical training programs in Taiwan is ralitively disufficient in training period and contents.In-Service Education: Both of the teachers in the two countries involved in the On-the-job training vibrately. The teachers in Taiwan are attravted in teacher education due to the higher salary. However, the funds of On-the-job training in Taiwan are apparently restricted. According to the results of this study, the following are the suggestions of the development of Taiwan's Teacher Education Pre-Service Education:1 Increasing the portion of the Teacher Education curriculum. Actural practical teaching and practice teacher training concentrately.P romotin of the Teacher Education training level.The quality control of the Teacher Education training institute.Practice teacher: Increasing the practice training period of the Teacher Education curriculum. Enrichment of the content of the Teacher Education curriculum. Focus on practicing training.Advisors should keep in touch with practicing teacher closedly.In-Service Education:Both of adwords and punishments should play imporant role in the Teacher Education curriculum.Increasing the entrances of On-the-job Teacher Education curriculum.
