    Abstract:   近年來發展文化觀光是全球趨勢,利用文化與觀光的結合,透過其文化吸引力,為一國帶來經濟發展的同時,也塑造國家形象,進而帶動文化外交。捷克運用文化觀光活動宣揚國家文化,本文以軟實力為論述基礎,探討捷克文化外交與文化觀光的關聯性。  本文以布拉格與皮爾森作為文化觀光研究之個案城市,從個案城市之主要文化觀光類型看其在捷克文化外交之應用,結果發現文化觀光作為捷克文化外交之發展策略具備以下五個特點,重視文化之傳承與維護、強調人民對捷克文化傳播之影響力、正面的國家形象、網路傳播對捷克文化具正面導向、捷克精神與捷式作風。
      Developing cultural tourism is a global trend in recent years, a country combines its culture and tourism to affect economic development and build national image through its cultural attractions toward cultural diplomacy. The Czech Republic used cultural tourism as a strategy to promote its culture and the study discussed “soft power” as a basis to explore the relation between Czech cultural diplomacy and cultural tourism.  This study utilized Prague and Pilsen as cases to study cultural tourism and examined how the main cultural tourism types applied on Czech cultural diplomacy. There were five findings of the research: emphasized on the inheritance and maintenance of culture, focused the influence of Czech civic on Czech cultural communication, positive national image, internet communication had a positive orientation to Czech culture, and Czech spirit and Czech style.
