本研究的目的在探討父母及教師正向管教與學生自尊之關聯性研究。研究對象為雲林縣公立國民中學學生。本研究採分層叢集隨機抽樣方式,共抽選六校1047人,再將所得資料以描述性統計、相關分析、巢式迴歸模型進行處理與分析。 本研究結果顯示:(1)國中生知覺之父母正向管教、教師正向管教、自尊均為中等偏上程度。(2)父親之正向管教對國中生自尊具有影響力。(3)母親之正向管教對國中生自尊具有影響力。(4)教師正向管教對國中生自尊具有影響力。(5)父親正向管教及母親正向管教對國中生自尊之影響力具交互作用效應。最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論並提出建議,以供父母、教師及未來研究之參考。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships amongpositive discipline of parentsand teachersand self-esteem of the students .Using stratified random samplingto get 1047 students of six schools.In this study,statistical analysis included descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,and regression model analysis. The results of this study showedthat: ( 1 ) Junior high school students perceived positivediscipline of parents andteachers and self-esteemare on the middle level . ( 2 ) Positive disciplineof the fathers is influentialto self-esteemof junior high school students.( 3 )Positive disciplineof the mothers is influentialto self-esteemof junior high school students.( 4 ) positive discipline of teachersis influentialto self-esteemof junior high school students.( 5 ) The positive disciplineof the fathers and mothers is interactive to affect self-esteemof these junior high school student.Finally,based on findings, this study would propose some relevant suggestions for the teachers ,schools, parents, and researchers.
