    Title: 嘉義縣外籍配偶基本教育學習課程教材設計與應用之研究

    Abstract:   本研究以移民教育觀點,對於「嘉義縣外籍配偶基本教育學習教材~學習Easy Go在嘉好生活」的實施使用狀況進行分析與探究。以外籍配偶、外籍配偶課程教師及教材設計者為研究對象,運用內容分析法分析教材,質性研究之深入訪談法,探討外籍配偶教材對外籍配偶學習和生活適應相互之關係及其學習困擾,擔任外籍配偶教學課程之教師使用此教材狀況與建議,藉以提出結論與建議,作為政府單位和教育機構課程規劃、外籍配偶教師輔導外籍配偶學習上的參考。   透過資料整理與分析,研究結果發現:1.教材架構及內涵特色:採單元方式編纂;圖文互現;單元主題與內容依外籍配偶教材編輯宗旨,均能與生活經驗結合;教材配合每課主題以不同意涵的呈現;語文活動項目類型多,著重於字與詞的應用;教材內涵分為六項需求內涵,以「生活適應需求」比例為最高。2.嘉義縣外籍配偶對於各項需求的重視程度不相同,外籍配偶與本國婦女的需求,存在著不同程度的差異性。   依據研究結果提出相關建議:1.計畫性培育外籍配偶師資;2.成立教材研發小組;3.增編教師手冊、多語手冊、提升互動語言學習光碟效能;4.鼓勵外籍配偶家人參與共學。
      This study focused on the investigation and analysis of practical application of “Learning Easy Go”, the basic learning materials for the foreign spouses of Chiayi County, based on point of view of migrant education. Interviewees including foreign spouses, instructors, and materials editors were invited to collect qualitative data by in-depth interviews as well as content analysis was applied in learning materials analysis. To propose suggestions for stakeholders including government agencies, learning centers, instructors, and foreign spouses by exploring the relationship of foreign spouses' adaptability and learning materials and their learning difficulties as well as instructors' comments on materials.   Through data collation and analysis, research results showed that: 1. Characteristics of the materials structure and contents: Modular course design and editing; contents and images of the books operated in coordination; modular course topics according to life experiences of foreign spouses; teaching materilas of each topic showing different implications; different types of exercises accompanied by language lessons with focus on words and phrases practices; the percentage of “life adapability demand” ranked the highest among other 5 demand implications. 2. Degrees of attention of foreign spouses' demands in Chiayi County are different; demands between foreign and domestic spouses are different.   Recommendations based on research results include: 1. establishing a well-planed program to train instructors for foreign spouses; 2. forming a materials research and development team; 3. adding teacher's manuals, multilingual manuals, and interactive language learning CD-ROMs; 4. encouraging foreign spouses and their family to participate in training.
