    摘要:   本研究旨在探討嘉義縣幼兒園家長滿意度之現況,並了解家長背景變項(幼兒園類別、幼兒園班別、身分、年齡、教育程度、家庭環境、職業、月收入、孩子人數、收費價格)與家長滿意度之間的關連性。本研究採問卷調查法,使用「家長滿意度量表」為研究工具。研究對象以嘉義縣幼兒園家長為母群體進行抽樣調查,共得有效樣本數473份,所得資料透過SPSS統計套裝軟體,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法加以分析。研究結果如下: 一、嘉義縣幼兒園家長對其子女就讀的幼兒園所具有高度的滿意度。二、嘉義縣私立幼兒園家長滿意度顯著高於公立幼兒園家長滿意度。三、嘉義縣大專院校畢業的家長滿意度在幼兒園「環境設備」高於高中職畢業的家長。四、嘉義縣單親家庭的家長滿意度在幼兒園「環境設備」顯著高於隔代教養的家長。五、嘉義縣孩子數少的家長滿意度在幼兒園「行政理念」顯著高於孩子數多的家長。六、嘉義縣幼兒園收費價格介於30000~40000元者,家長滿意度最高。   本研究針對以上研究結果加以討論,並提出若干建議,以供幼兒園經營者、教育相關單位及未來研究者之參考。
      This study aimed to investigate the status of kindergarten parents’ satisfaction in the Chiayi County. It further explored the correlations between parents’ backgrounds variables and parents’ satisfaction. It applied survey research with the instrument of "Parental Satisfaction Scale.” The subjects were kindergarten parents in Chiayi County. 473 effective ones were retrieved. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, and one-way ANOVA in the SPSS program. The results were as follows. 1. Parents had highly satisfaction in their children’s kindergartens.2. Parents’ satisfaction in private kindergartens was significantly higher than those in public kindergartens.3. In the aspect of "Environmental Equipment," parents with BA degrees had significantly higher satisfaction than those with high school degrees. 4. In the aspect of "Environmental Equipment," single parents were better than grandparenting.5. In the aspect of "Administrative Approach,” parents with fewer children were significantly higher than those with more children.6. Parents had the highest satisfaction in the charge of $30000 – 40000 NT dollars in kindergartens.   Based on the results, this study provided suggestions for kindergarten operators, education institutions, and future researchers.
