本研究以嘉義縣國民中學未兼任行政教師為研究對象,採用問卷調查法,探討校長轉型領導、教師工作價值觀對兼任行政工作意願之影響情形;同時檢驗組織承諾在校長轉型領導、教師工作價值觀及兼任行政工作意願之間所發揮的中介效果。本研究將回收之資料採用T檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson相關分析及迴歸分析等方法檢驗,研究結果發現:(1) 校長轉型領導與組織承諾及兼任行政工作意願兩者皆呈顯著正相關;(2) 工作價值觀與組織承諾及兼任行政工作意願兩者皆呈顯著正相關;(3) 組織承諾於校長轉型領導及教師兼任行政工作意願之間,具部分中介效果;(4) 組織承諾於工作價值觀及教師兼任行政工作意願之間,具部分中介效果。最後,根據研究結論提出幾項建議,供教育主管機關、國民中學校長、教師及未來研究參考。 In this study, junior high school teachers without taking an administrative position in Chiayi County are the research objects. The main purpose of this research was to explore the influences of principal’s transformational leadership and teachers’ work values on their willingness of participating school administrative work. The mediating effet of teachers’ organizational commitment on principal’s transformational leadership, teachers’ work values and the willingness of participating school administrative work are investigated as well. The data were collected by a questionnaire survey and analyzed by a number of statistical techniques such as T-test analysis, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and regressionanalysis. The conclusions are as follow: 1.Principal’s transformational leadership showed a significantly positive correlation with organizational commitment and willingness of participating school administrative Work.2.Work values showed a significantly positive correlation with organizational commitment and willingness of participating school administrative work.3.Organizational commitment had the partial mediating effect between principal’s transformational leadership and teachers’ willingness of participating school administrative work. 4.Organizational commitment had the partial mediating effect between work values and teachers’ willingness of participating school administrative work. Finally, according to the conclusions, the suggestions for the education authorities, junior high school principals, teachers and future research were provided.
