摘要: | 軟式網球在目前台灣體壇上,雖非主流運動項目,卻是台灣在國際體育競賽場上,具有奪牌實力的專長項目,有其獨特價值性。然而,其所具備運動特性,也使得學校在發展與組訓軟網代表隊時,並需擁有相當的策略、領導、資源與遠景,才得以順利經營運作。因此,本研究旨在瞭解嘉義縣三和國小軟式網球代表隊組訓現況及影響其發展的因素與限制,並思考如何改善與突破現狀的相關問題。 就研究設計層面而言,本研究透過質的研究與參與觀察法的規劃,針對學校體育行政人員、教練、球員家長、球員進行深度訪談,同時進行資料的歸納與論點的收集分析。 在此基礎下,本研究獲致以下結論:一、就行政方面而言:(一)球隊需要有行政資源與組織領導者的支持與參與,才有發展的未來性。(二)球隊要建立共同遠景,並將經營管理制度化。二、就訓練而言:(一)教練投入的熱忱與個人專業化,影響球隊的組訓。(二)訓練不只是球技的傳授,更包含了運動態度、人格與團隊精神的培養。三、就球員與家長的參與而言:(一)必須給予生涯規劃的建議,才能得到更多的支持與反饋。(二)課業的與升學的銜接,直接影響球員參與的意願。四、就社會資源而言:(一)除了爭取縣市政府經費補助,也應該積極尋求企業的的贊助或建教合作。(二)應妥善運用社區與家長會的資源。 Although soft tennis isn’t mainstream sport in Taiwan nowadays, it’s a specialty of winning metals for Taiwan on international sports competitions. Therefore, it has unique value. However, it has some sports features that make schools to have some strategies, leadership, resources and perspective in order to develop and train a soft tennis team successfully. So this research is try to understand the group training status and the factors and limits of the development of soft tennis team of Sanhe Elementary School in Chiayi County. And consider the questions about how to improve and breakthrough the status. On the study design level, this research is through qualitative method and participant observation, to in-depth interview the school sports administrative staffs, coaches, players’(students) parents and players(students), and at the same time to collect and analyze the viewpoints and induct the data. On this basis, the research comes up with the following conclusions: 一、For the administrative level: (一) The team needs the administrative resources and the support and participation of the leader to have the future develop possibilities. (二) The team needs to establish a common vision and to institutionalize the management. 二、For the training level: (一) The passion and profession of the coaches influence the group training of the team. (二) The training is not only the pass on of the skills, but also the development of attitude, personality and teamwork. 三、For the participation of the players and their parents level: (一) To get more support and feedback, they need to be given the suggestion of career planning. (二) The linking of schoolwork and entering a higher school influence the desire of the participation of players. 四、For the social resources level: (一) Besides striving for the government subsidy, school should seek for the sponsor or cooperative education of enterprise. (二) School should make good use of the resource of the community and parents association. |
