摘要:	本文是從我們現今身處在愈來愈不穩定的全球氣候環境限制下，反觀台灣最近三十年來，農業對於土地管理的方式改變實在很大，像是大量仰賴石化燃料所支持的生產使用工具和運輸系統，使得我們早已經習慣於高耗能、高生態足跡與高碳排放量，這卻讓全球糧食系統變得更加脆弱；再者，現在的農村或農產對我們而言，其實這不只是經濟效益的概念，也不是說在於種出東西讓人們能吃而已，而應是我們對於土地管理或是土地關照的一種方式。　　　研究者藉由參與在合樸農學市集（Hopemarket）這個生活的實踐平台，瞭解合樸在農業實踐的理念做作法，以及探討在市集在地方上所形成社群價值的過程和意義性，本研究結果的發現，歸納以下七點：1. 台灣的有機農作比較適合小面積及少量多樣化的經營。2. 關懷在地的具體方法就要建立生產者和消費者的連結。3. 合樸農學市集最大、最珍貴的價值，就是擁有一群相互信任的夥伴。4. 對於合樸地方主體的記憶來自於農友志工、食物、消費者和一起共同營造出來的情感交融，更是生活脈絡與地方的一種保存形式。5. 社群認同與公共讚賞對非營利組織成員是最好的真實報酬。6. 具有鄰坊特性的市集，能夠產生出屬於這個地方獨特人情味的一種傳遞，而非經濟效益或金錢物質所能衡量的價値且重要的地方性。7. 對於合樸在地營運的方式具有全系統修復的良性功能，如拉近土地與人、人與食物、社區與農友、生產與環境等等關係的重新連結。　　We stay in an unstable environment such as global warming, ecological environments have been destroyed and food resources have been polluted and so on. The way we mange the land in the agriculture is different from the past time. For example, we rely on machines and transportations which use heavy fossil fuels every way. We are used to surround in high energy consumption, high ecological footprint and high carbon emissions. These all are the reasons make our global food supply systems weaker than before. Thus, the farm or farm produces is not longer an economical efficient idea, but also a time for us to concern about our land.　　　According to researcher’s experience in Hopemarket,For that reason, this research is focused on the agriculture market and explore the market local for itself community value and significance, There are seven points are found as below in this study:1. A manage of small area but diversities is more suitable for Taiwan’s organic farm.2. A specific way to care about the local farm is to link producers and consumers.3. The must valuable thing in Hope market is partnership of trust from each other.4. The main memories of Hopemarket is created by volunteers, food, consumers that are not just emotions exchange from each other but also are kind of life network and a form of preserve life style as well.5. Community acceptance and appreciations from public are the best reward for this non-profit organization. 6. The market of neighborhood that produces an unique humane by local community, where the value and importance of the character is can not be measured by ordinary economic benefits, money and material.7. The operations of Hopemarket have a benign function of recoverable system. For example, to narrowing and reconnecting the distance between people and fields, people and foods, communities and famers or producing and environment and so on.
