隨著行動裝置的普及,各式行動通訊軟體也跟著快速發展。本研究以國內的LINE App行動通訊軟體為例,透過個案研究的方式,針對影響使用者與潛在使用者行動通訊軟體之創新採用因素進行從不同觀點深入探討,並建構相關命題。本研究並針對研究發現進行討論並提出建議。 All kinds of mobile communication softwares are more and more popular because of popularity of mobile devices. In this study, a case study of LINE App in Taiwan was used to explore the adoption of mobile communication softwares. Several propositions are proposed from different perspectives which are about the adoption factors of users and potential users of mobile communication softwares. This study concludes with a discussion of research findings and recommendations.
