    Abstract:   台灣2010年正式頒布「文化創意產業發展法」,希望扶植我國文化產業,培育創作人才,增加藝文的欣賞人口,並且提高國家競爭力。在此背景之下,本研究擬探討哪些因素會影響國小教師執行藝文欣賞教學,試圖瞭解不同藝文欣賞教學相關經驗及人口統計變項的國小教師對於執行藝文欣賞教學所面臨之困難變數是否具有差異,希望透過文獻推導和施測之結果,對教育界與文化產業界有新的啟發及建議。   研究之對象為雲嘉地區國小教師。採用分層抽樣調查法,問卷回收後,有效樣本達470份。並以描述性統計、卡方檢定、T檢定及單因子變異數分析等統計方法,進行資料處理與分析。   研究結果發現在困難變數中,前五項困難變數依序為家長指導學生的能力、鄰近社區藝文資源情形、學生藝文欣賞能力的強弱、設計藝文欣賞課程的能力、學生的興趣能否搭配教學。若依層面分,最困難的是家長與學生層面,第二為知識與能力層面,第三是資源層面,最後則是管理層面。
      Law for the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries (LDCCI) was officially enacted in 2010 in Taiwan in order to foster Taiwanese cultural industries and creative talents, raise the population of appreciation of culture and art and enhance the competitive advantages of our country. In this study, the factors which may affect the execution of cultural and artistic instruction of elementary school teachers were firstly be discussed to understand the state of the play. Secondly, difficulty variables that elementary school teachers with different instruction experiences and population statistical variables were compared with. Finally, related affecting factors were come up with as update and suggestions to education and cultural industries in Taiwan with literature discussions and testing results.    Participants in this study were elementary school teachers in Yunlin and Chiayi Counties. Stratified sampling investigation method was adopted in the study and effective samplings were counted as 470 participants. Besides, results were analyzed and processed with descriptive statistics, chi-square test, t-test, and one-way ANOVA.    According to the results of this study, it shows that top five difficulty variables were the ability that parents teach their kids, resources in their neighborhood or nearby, students’ appreciation ability, the ability of curricula design and collocation of students’ interest and instruction. Moreover, when a teacher executed cultural and artistic appreciation instruction in a classroom, he/she encountered some problems like parents and students, knowledge and abilities, insufficient resources, and management.
