    Abstract:   本研究旨在探討彰化縣南區家長為子女選擇幼兒園考量因素的現況及其差異因素,採用問卷調查研究法,編彙「家長為子女選擇幼兒園因素之調查研究」問卷,以幼兒就讀於彰化縣南區立案核准幼兒園的家長或親友為問卷實施對象,進行調查研究。共發放660份問卷,有效問卷數有594份,以統計分析軟體SPSS 12.0為研究工具,將調查資料進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析 (one-way ANOVA)及薛費法(Scheffé method)事後比較等分析,茲將本研究結果摘要如下:一、彰化縣南區家長為子女選擇幼兒園考量因素的重視程度依序為環境因素、師資因素、服務因素、教學因素、價格因素、課程因素及聲望因素,最重視環境因素,最不重視聲望因素,但對各項因素都呈現重視態度。二、不同身份家長間在師資因素及環境因素具有顯著差異,特別是母親較重視幼兒園的環境安全,比家人更重視老師的形像及特質。三、不同學歷家長間在教學因素具有顯著差異,具大專院校及研究所以上學歷者較國中以下學歷者重視教學因素。四、不同家庭收入家長間在價格因素具有顯著差異,其中以每月家庭收入最高者100,001元以上(含)呈現較不重視價格因素的態度,其餘不同家庭收入的家長皆呈現重視價格因素,尤其以收入20,000元以下的家長最重視價格因素。五、不同就學費用家長間在聲望因素、教學因素及價格因素具有顯著差異,特別是就學費用25,001~35,000元家長較25000元以下者(最低費用)重視聲望因素,而子女就學費用最高(65,001元以上)的家長最重視課程因素、師資因素、環境因素及價格因素。六、園所所在地區不同家長間為子女選擇幼兒園考量因素有顯著差異,特別是北斗區家長較溪湖區及員林區家長重視聲望因素及師資因素,北斗區家長較溪湖區家長重視教學因素,及北斗區家長較員林區家長重視環境因素。七、不同年齡、家庭狀況、職業、園所性質及子女上學方式家長間為子女選擇幼兒園考量因素沒有顯著差異。
      This research aimed at investigating the parent's choice factor on kindergarten in the southern area of Changhua County. The study employed the survey research method. Six hundred and sixty self-designed questionnaires were delivered to parents of young children who were attending the kindergarten. A total of 594 valid samples were obtained. The collected data were analyzed via t-test and one-way ANOVA.   The major findings of this study were summarized as follows:1. Parents' choice factors on kindergarten were regarded as orderly as “environmental factors”, "teacher factors", "service factors", "educational factors", "cost factors”, ”curriculum factors”, and "prestige factors".2. For parents of different identities, there was significant difference in the “environmental factors”, but no significant difference in "teacher factors", "service factors", "educational factors", "cost factors”, ”curriculum factors”, and "prestige factors".3. For parents of different ages, there was no significant difference in the “environmental factors”, "teacher factors", "service factors", "educational factors", "cost factors”, ”curriculum factors”, and "prestige factors".4. For parents of different education levels, there was significant difference in the "teacher factors" but no significant difference in “environmental factors”, "service factors", "educational factors", "cost factors”, ”curriculum factors”, and "prestige factors".5. For parents of different family statuses, there was no significant difference in the “environmental factors”, "teacher factors", "service factors", "educational factors", "cost factors”, ”curriculum factors”, and "prestige factors".6. For parents of different occupations, there was no significant difference in the “environmental factors”, "teacher factors", "service factors", "educational factors", "cost factors”, ”curriculum factors”, and "prestige factors".7. For parents of different monthly incomes, there was no significant difference in the “environmental factors”, "teacher factors", "service factors", "educational factors", "cost factors”, ”curriculum factors”, and "prestige factors".8. For parents of different tuition fees, there was significant difference in the "prestige factors" but no significant difference in the “environmental factors”, "teacher factors", "service factors", "educational factors", "cost factors”, and ”curriculum factors”. 9. For parents of different kindergarten's properties, there was no significant difference in the “environmental factors”, "teacher factors", "service factors", "educational factors", "cost factors”, ”curriculum factors”, and "prestige factors".10. For parents of different transportation to kindergarten, there was no significant difference in the “environmental factors”, "teacher factors", "service factors", "educational factors", "cost factors”, ”curriculum factors”, and "prestige factors".11. For parents of different areas, there was significant difference in the “environmental factors”, "teacher factors", "educational factors", and "prestige factors", but no significant difference in the "service factors", "cost factors”, and ” curriculum factors”.
