摘要: | 本研究以高雄市安養護機構護理人員為例,旨在了解安養護機構護理人員工作價值觀與組織承諾的相關研究,個人背景變項在工作價值觀與組織承諾的差異情形。 本研究採用問卷調查方式,以高雄市安養護機構護理人員為研究對象出紙本及電子問卷共469份,共回收220份,有效問卷209份,佔所有發放問卷的45%。主要的研究發現包括:一、在工作價值觀的四個層面表現上,以「工作滿足感」層面的表現位居第一,以「專業自主性」層面的表現位居第二,以「專業發展性」層面的表現位居最後。二、在組織承諾的三個層面表現上,以「留職承諾」層面的表現位居第一,以「價值承諾」層面的表現位居第二,以「努力承諾」層面的表現位居最後。三、「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「子女數」、「教育程度」、「月收入」、「任職時間」「通勤時間」、「家人支持度」、「志願服務時數」、「捐款金額」等10個變項,在工作價值觀之層面上有顯著差異。四、「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「子女數」、「教育程度」、「月收入」、「任職時間」、「通勤時間」、「家人支持度」、「志願服務時數」、「捐款金額」等10個變項,在組織承諾之層面上有顯著差異。 The purpose of this cross-sectional study was to explore the relationship between work values and organizational commitment among nursing staff of senior care centers in Kaohsiung City. It also examined variations of personal background on work value and organizational commitment. This study conducted questionnaire survey to collect data. A total of 469 copies of paper and electronic questionnaires were sent out and 220 were returned. There were 209 valid questionnaires. The valid returns-ratio of questionnaires is about 45%. Major findings from this study are as follows:1. With regard to four dimensions of work values of nursing staff, the dimension of job satisfaction ranked first, the dimension of professional autonomy ranked second, and the dimension of professional development ranked last.2. With regard to three dimensions of organizational commitment of nursing staff,the dimension of retention commitment ranked first, the dimension of value commitment ranked second, and the dimension of effort commitment ranked last. 3. Variables including age, marital status, number of children, educational level, monthly income, duration of employment, commuting time, family support, volunteer service hours, and amount of donations showed significant differences at different dimensions of work values of nursing staff.4. Variables including age, marital status, number of children, educational level, monthly income, duration of employment, commuting time, family support, voluntary service number, and amount of donation showed significant differences at different dimensions of organizational commitment of nursing staff. |
