    摘要:   本研究旨在了解新移民母親教養學前身心障礙子女時所面臨的親職阻力與支持以及社會支持的來源與運用的情形。為達上述研究目的,採用Belsky的親職決定因子模式與社會支持理論,並透過質性研究中的結構式深度訪談,以立意取樣選取雲林縣一所集中式特教班之三位新移民母親為研究對象,透過三位新移民母親不同的生活經驗探究各項支持與壓力間的關聯性。   本研究主要結論如下:壹、身心障礙兒之新移民家庭所面臨的經濟壓力遠大於親職壓力,無心或無時間參與親職教育相關活動。貳、新移民家庭對社會福利的認知缺乏,造成資源使用的阻礙,特殊教育老師成為最有效的資訊提供者。参、新移民家庭夫妻感情不佳,未因身心障礙兒的出生使其婚姻關係更加惡化。肆、身心障礙兒之新移民母親,面臨家庭或生活中所發生的困擾事件,常以消極的態度處之。伍、新移民母親因與醫護人員語言溝通不良,容易照成產檢疏忽,等到新生兒出生後才發現新生兒是身心障礙者。   根據上述結論,爰提以下幾點建議:壹、加強訊息支持與情緒支持的提供與來源,落實個案管理工作及工具支持。貳、設立新移民母親專屬婦產科,配置本籍或同籍之翻譯人員或組織新移民母親產前照護班,確實執行優生保健。参、研擬獎勵或強制方法,誘導或強迫身心障礙兒之父親參加相關新移民家庭之親職教育活動。肆、加強社工人員與老師緊密合作給予身心障礙兒家庭更多、更全面性的照顧。
      Resistance of this study was to understand the new immigrant mothers' before-school handicapped children face when parenting and support, and social support of the source and application of the case. To achieve these purposes, Belsky's parenting determinants model with social support theory, a concentrated classes in select Yunlin County, three new immigrants and structured depth interviews in the qualitative research, purposive sampling mothers for the study, to explore the correlation between the support and pressure through different life experiences of three new immigrant mother.    In this study, the main conclusions are as follows:1. The economic pressures faced by new immigrant families of handicapped children is far greater than the pressure of parenting, unintentional or no time Participate in parenting education-related activities.2. The new immigrant families, the lack of awareness of the social welfare, resulting in the obstruction of the use of resources, special education teachers intoThe most effective information providers.3. New immigrant families, marital relations, not because of the birth of handicapped children to the marital relationship worsened.4. The new immigrant mothers of handicapped children, facing a troubled family life events, often in a negative the attitude5. The new immigrant mothers out due to poor communication with the medical staff language easily according to the negligence of the check-in, until the newborn Health after the discovery of newborn physically and mentally handicapped.   According to the above conclusions, the Yuan to mention the following suggestions:1. To strengthen the provision of informational support and emotional support and source of the implementation of case management, and tool support.2. The establishment of new immigrant mothers exclusive of Obstetrics and Gynecology, configuration domiciled or nationality of the translator or the organization of new immigrant mothers prenatal care classes, and indeed the implementation of genetic health.3. To develop incentives or coercive means, induced or forced the father of disabled children to participate in the new immigrant families. Parenting education activities.4. To strengthen the social workers and teachers work closely to give handicapped children families more and more comprehensive care.
