    摘要: 　　隨著科技進步，人們生活環境日趨富裕，但卻產生不少社會問題，社區營造就在這背景環境下誕生，而臺灣也在這氛圍下參與社區營造的行列。臺灣社區營造發展至今，出現處處有社區組織舉辦活動的盛況，使每個社區都發展出相同的特色。筆者希望從文獻中，了解社區組織的基本目標及理念，並進一步對受訪資料進行分析，了解社區組織的組成、核心價值以及社區組織在發展過程中遭遇的困境。筆者將以嘉義縣三個成功發展的社區組織為訪談對象，了解社區組織經由「由下而上」的社區營造模式是否具有相同的成功要素。筆者希望經由研究結果顯示，可以證實成功的社區組織，在社區營造的過程中是不具有相同的條件，而是每個社區依照各自的需求，發展出屬於社區的特色。同時也希望藉由訪談資料，了解國家政府以及外界組織團體在社區營造活動中的角色，希望提供觀察社區發展的一些建議。
    　　Although scientific and technological progress make people's lives rich and colorful, but they also cause many social problems, e.g. the collapse of traditional community relationship. The concept of community building results from these problems in the modern society. Taiwan also faces the same problems and, therefore, begins the project of community building. Nowadays, community building can be found almost everywhere in Taiwan, however, they often follow the same model while organizing community activities. This study shall firstly review related literature for constructing basic analysis frame. Three local communities located in Chiayi County are chosen as my research objects. They respectively represent a specific successful case. The essential factors, like the role of government and other civil organizations as well as the leadership and its motivation methods of the community association, will mainly be considered while analyzing. This study shall show that there is no certain model for developing community. These three cases of successful community building, depending on their specific conditions, find their own way for developing their communities.
