本研究旨在了解嘉義縣公私幼稚園教師運用聯絡簿之溝通行為實況及其差異因素。 本研究設計採用調查研究法,以嘉義縣公、私立幼稚園教師為問卷實施對象,進行調查研究,以自編之「幼稚園教師運用聯絡簿之溝通行為調查問卷」,所得資料以SPSS12.0統計分析軟體進行,為研究工具,問卷共寄發340份,有效樣本計有306份,而後使用描述性統計、獨力樣本t考驗,單因子多變量統計分析(MANOVA)進行資料分析等統計方法進行資料分析,茲將本研究結果摘要如下:一、幼稚園教師運用聯絡簿之水準在中上程度。二、不同年齡幼稚園教師在運用聯絡簿的態度,有顯著差異;在使用聯絡簿的策略有顯著差異。三、已婚幼稚園教師對聯絡簿使用的基本理念、聯絡簿的內容設置、聯絡簿的功能及教師使用聯絡簿的情形等四個面向,高於未婚的幼稚園教師,其差異達顯著水準。四、碩士學歷的幼稚園教師在聯絡簿的功能、運用聯絡簿的情形及感受家長運用聯絡簿回饋的態度等三個面向,顯著高於大學學歷的幼稚園教師。五、不同幼教資格的幼稚園教師在運用聯絡簿的態度面向有差異。六、私立幼稚園教師在運用聯絡簿態度的面向,高於公立幼稚園教師。七、任教混齡班的幼稚園教師在運用聯絡簿教師態度的面向,得分有較好的表現。八、教學年資與班級人數幼稚園教師在運用聯絡簿之各面向未達顯著差異。 The purpose of this research was to understand the current of kindergarten teachers’ communication behavior with parents by using contact book in Chia-Yi County. The study employed survey research method. The self-designed questionnaires entitled kindergarten teachers’ communication behavior with parents by using contact book were mailed to 340 kindergarten teachers. A total of 306 valid samples were obtained. The collected data were analyzed via descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way MANOVA. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows:1. The frequency of kindergarten teachers’ using contact book was above the average scale.2. There were significant difference on kindergarten teachers’ attitude and strategy of using contact book in terms of age factor.3. There was significant difference on the philosophy of using contact book in terms of marriage status. The married kindergarten teachers’ got more sense on all the aspects of the philosophy of using contact book than the unmarried ones.4. There was significant difference on the attitude of kindergarten teachers’ using contact book by their education degree. It showed kindergarten teachers’ with master degree used contact book to communicate with parents more frequently.5. There was significant difference the attitude of using contact book in terms of different qualified teacher factor.6. There was significant difference on kindergarten teachers’ attitude of using the contact book between public and private kindergarten teachers. Private kindergarten teachers showed more positive attitude of using contact books than the public ones.7. Teachers teaching at mix-aged class showed more positive attitude of using the contact book.8. There was no significant difference on kindergarten teachers’ behavior of using the contact book in terms of background factor.
