The research mainly explores Meditation Yoga students’ yoga practice and the spiritual growth in Sai-baba belief. Through interpretive phenomenology, we got information form thirteen participants’ focus team interviews, deep interviews, class sharing and reflection records. Meditation Yoga students came to practice Meditation Yoga by chance and they developed their spiritual experience by body perception. Then they accepted Sai-baba belief and experienced the spiritual life. This research describes and explains the investigation, transition and comprehension of the spiritual questions in order to present Meditation Yoga students’ experience of spiritual growth. The research finds that we can explain the spiritual growth of Meditation yoga students from their body perception practice and Sai-baba spiritual awareness. The former achieves one kind of short relaxation, ease of the body, and preconcieve spiritual awareness by reading, discussing and sharing. However, there are some restrictions. The latter deeply explores yoga practice by integrating Sai-baba belief into it. It creates a room for deep exploration about physical diseases, one’s difficulties in life, with others, and with environment and God, the sadness of losing their relatives and friends, and the fear of facing death. In the process of exploring inner spirit, it is the best powerful source to support and encourage them with each other. Generally speaking, yoga practice and deep Sai-baba belief make Meditation Yoga students discover the relationship among their body, mind and spirit. It helps them listen to the sound of their inner spirit, perceive the sympathy of life disasters, experience the possibility of the body-mind ease, and set the goal and meaning of the life in the future. The research suggests those who want to acquire spiritual growth through yoga practice and Sai-baba belief need to open minds to experience all kinds of life practice.
