本研究目的主要探討組織創新氣候、社會責任與組織學習對組織績效影響情形,經由相關文獻整理,建立研究架構與假設,以台電公司嘉義區營業處為研究對象,採用問卷調查方式蒐集資料,並以統計軟體進行資料分析,逐一釐清研究變項之間的關聯性。本研究之實證結果顯示:1. 組織創新氣候、企業社會責任、組織學習與組織績效間均有顯著相關;2.組織創新氣候與組織學習對組織績效產生正向顯著影響;3.企業社會責任與組織學習對組織績效產生正向顯著影響;4.組織學習於組織創新氣候與組織績效間具有完全中介效果;5.組織學習於企業社會責任與組織績效間具有部分中介效果。 最後依據研究結論,提出相關建議供推動業務與執行管理運作模式的參考,期藉以提昇台電公司嘉義區營業處整體營運績效。 The study mainly discusses the effects of organizational innovation climate, social responsibility and organizational learning on organizational performance. The relations among each research variables were analyzed by a case study in Taipower Company, Chiayi Branch, which the process was conducted through literature review, establishing the research framework and assumptions, collecting data by questionnaire survey, and performing data analysis via statistical computing. Results showed that: 1. There is a close relationship among organizational innovation climate, corporate social responsibility, organizational learning and organizational performance.2. Organizational innovation climate and organizational learning have a positive effect on organizational performance.3. Corporate social responsibility and organizational learning have a positive effect on organizational performance. 4. Organizational learning in organizational innovation climate and organizational performance cause mediating effect. 5. Organizational learning in corporate social responsibility and organizational performance cause mediating effect. According to research coclusuon, advise relative suggestions for promote business and implement management of operation for the purpose of raising the whole operational efficiency in taipower company chiayi branch.
