本研究旨在探討國中導師領導行為、工作壓力及班級氣氛之現況及相關情形,以國中導師為調查對象,於雲林縣內國中進行問卷普查,所得資料以統計軟體進行分析。本研究獲致的結論如下:(1) 國中導師領導行為與工作壓力之間呈負相關;(2) 國中導師領導行為與班級氣氛之間呈正相關;(3) 國中導師工作壓力與班級氣氛之間呈負相關;(4) 國中導師領導行為於工作壓力與班級氣氛之間具有部分中介效果。根據研究成果,本研究提出相關建議期能提供教育單位、學校及導師於教學或行政上參考的依據。 This investigation is focused on the relationships between leadership behavior, work pressure and class atmosphere of middle school homeroom teachers. Its subjects are middle school homeroom teachers at middle schools in Yunlin County, Taiwan, who are surveyed and then analyzed with statistical software. The findings of this investigation include: 1.Negative correlation between middle school homeroom teachers leadership behavior and work pressure.2.Positive correlation between leadership behavior and class atmosphere.3.Negative correlation between work pressure and class atmosphere. 4.Leadership behavior of Homeroom teacher plays a partly mediating effect between Work pressure and class atmosphere. Based on these findings, the investigation offers related suggestions to educational units, schools, and teachers for advancing educational and administrative practices.
