本研究主旨在探討組織文化、組織學習、知識管理流程能力對知識管理績效間之影響。本研究目的包含:(1)組織文化透過知識管理流程能力是否會影響知識管理績效。(2)組織學習透過知識管理流程能力是否會影響知識管理績效。(3)知識管理流程能力是否會影響知識管理績效。 根據文獻回顧說明後,確認研究變數並建立研究架構,分析變數之間的對應關係,推論出研究假設。以中華民國工程技術顧問商業同業公會之500個工程企業和其他企業為目標母體,採用便利抽樣與郵寄問卷調查方式來進行發放,總計共發出200份給公司上級主管,有效回收122份,有效回收率61%。本研究以此樣本來進行統計分析,對理論架構和研究假設進行驗證,本研究採用相關分析與迴歸分析來驗證各變數間之互動關係。 研究結果顯示,組織文化、組織學習、知識管理流程能力與知識管理績效均有顯著正相關,知識管理流程能力對組織文化與知識管理績效有部分中介影響,知識管理流程能力對組織學習與知識管理績效有完全中介影響。 企業公司想提升知識管理績效,必須重視企業組織文化與組織學習。因此,以知識管理流程能力為目標,讓知識管理之績效能更有其經濟效益。 This study investigated how the integration of organization culture, organizational learning and knowledge management process capability impacts knowledge management performance. This study purpose includes:(1)Knowledge management process capability whether to affect between organizational culture and knowledge management performance.(2)Knowledge management process capability whether to affect between organizational learning and knowledge management performance.(3)Knowledge management process capability whether to affect knowledge management performance. A theoretical framework was developed based on a review literature. The study analyzed the relationship between variables and hypothesis was proposed. 500 engineering enterprises in the Republic of China Engineering Consultants Association were used as the target population. The convenience sampling was used and data were collected through a mailed survey. 200 questionnaires were sent to the top executives, there were 122 with valid data collected, 61% response rate. This study advance in this sample to statistical analysis, confirm theoretical structure and hypothesis. This study uses the correlation regression analysis to verify the interaction between the variables. This study result revealed that organizational culture, organizational learning, knowledge management process capability and knowledge management performance are significantly positive, knowledge management process capability had a part intermediary between organizational culture and knowledge management performance, knowledge management process capability had a completely intermediary between organizational learning and knowledge management performance. Enterprises desire to advance knowledge management performance, must pay attention to the organizational culture and organizational learning. Therefore, companies’ knowledge management performance can be more economic benefits when they use knowledge management process capability as their goal.
