摘要: | 空軍主要戰力的發揚在於維護領空的安全,飛行員素質與戰機能否充分發揮戰力,又息息相關。因此,飛行人員對於空軍而言即是戰力的表現。然而,與民間航空公司飛行機師比較,軍方飛行人員薪資相對低了許多,且所擔負戰備留守任務壓力亦非民間企業所能體會,因此空軍飛行人員續留服役意願普遍不盡理想。故本研究擬探討空軍飛行軍官在個人職場認知、工作壓力、獎勵制度與留營意願之關係研究。 本研究以問卷調查法進行研究,僅以空軍主力戰鬥機飛行軍官為研究對象,共發出300份問卷,回收250份,其中扣除填答不完整、缺漏答題數過多及基本資料部分或全部未填寫等之廢卷後,有效問卷數共226份,有效回收率為75.3%,利用因素分析、複迴歸分析及變異數分析等資料分析方法進行各項假設驗証。研究結果發現,在人口統計變數中對個人職場認知、工作壓力及獎勵制度與留營意願間有部分相關且彼此皆均有顯著影響。 To develop the major combat capabilities of Air Force is to maintain the security of territorial air space; the quality of fighter pilots and the fighter jet will or will not develop the combat capability, both of them are related closely. Thus, the pilots for the Air Force are in terms of the performance on combat capability. However, to compare with the commercial pilots, the salaries of military pilots are much lower, and the military pilots have to be readiness for war preparedness that is not to be understood easily by the commercial enterprises, that is why the military pilots are very rare of tendency of remaining service in military. This research will be probed into the Air Force pilots on the relationship of personal career awareness, job stress, reward system and the tendency of remaining service in military. This research is conducted by questionnaire survey, the Air Force fighter jets pilots are the object of research only, 300 questionnaires issued in total, 250 received, deduct those questionnaires which are not completed, some of the answers are blank and the personal data are all/ partial blank, there are 226 effective questionnaires in total, the percentage of return questionnaire is 75.3%, to perform each hypothesis testing by Factor analysis, Multiple regression analysis and ANOVA, The results of this research are demographic variables have partially relevant with the personal career awareness, job stress, reward system and the tendency of remaining service in military and each other significant effect. |
