    Abstract:   本研究目的係在探討生命線志工對參與動機、工作滿意度之認知評價程度及參與動機與工作滿意度之關係,期能根據本研究結論提出各項建議,供生命線協會、政府部門與後續研究之參考。   本研究主要採取問卷調查法,針對嘉義縣市生命線協會之 226 名志工進行普測,獲致之回收問卷 120 份及有效樣本問卷 116 份,回收率為 51.1% 。調查所得資料以描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法加以分析。主要結論如下: 一、生命線志工個人背景,具同質性且集中的傾向。二、生命線志工具高度參與動機。三、生命線志工具高度工作滿意度。四、生命線志工參與動機因「宗教信仰」有顯著差異。五、生命線志工參與動機因「性別」、「年齡」、「教育程度」、「服務年資」、 「平均月收入」有部分的差異。六、生命線志工參與動機不因「職業」、「婚姻狀況」、「同時參與其他機構志 工經驗」而有所差異。七、生命線志工工作滿意度因「教育程度」、「宗教信仰」、「服務年資」有顯 著差異。八、生命線志工工作滿意度因「同時參與其他機構志工經驗」、「平均月收入」 有部分的差異。九、生命線志工工作滿意度不因「性別」、「年齡」、「職業」、「婚姻狀況」 而有所差異。十、生命線志工之參與動機與工作滿意度間有顯著正相關。
      The purpose of this study is to explore lifeline volunteer’s varying degrees of relations between participation motivation and job satisfaction. It is hoped that the results of this study will offer some practical implications for lifeline volunteer associations, government agencies, and suggest future research directions.   Survey is the major research method for this study. A total of 226 copies of the questionnaire were distributed to lifeline volunteers from the Chiayi City and County. Then, 120 copies of questionnaires were filled out and 116 copies were valid. The response rate of the survey is about 51.1%.Data from the valid questionnaires were analyzed through several statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, the T-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson product-moment correlation. This study’s major research findings are as follows: 1. The background of each lifeline volunteer shows a great amount of similarities with one another.2. Lifeline volunteers commonly have strong motivations for participation .3. Lifeline volunteers show fairly high degrees of work satisfaction.4. Lifeline volunteers’ motivations for participation significantly differentiate from one another due to the factor of the religious belief.5.Lifeline volunteers’ motivations for participation partially differentiate from one another due to the factors of the sex , the age, the education level, the service period of service and the average month income.6. Lifeline volunteers’ motivations for participation are not affected by the factors of the occupation, the marital status, simultaneously participates in other organization volunteer experiencing.7. Lifeline volunteers’ degrees of work satisfaction significantly differentiate from one another due to the factors of the education level, religious belief and the service period of service.8. Lifeline volunteers’ degrees of work satisfaction partially differentiate from one another due to the factors of the simultaneously participates in other organization volunteer experiencing and the average month income.9. Lifeline volunteers’ degrees of work satisfaction are not affected by the factors of the sex, the age, the occupation and the marital status.10. Participative motivation and work satisfaction for lifeline volunteers presentedcorrelation coefficient.
