| 摘要: | 本研究旨在瞭解認真性休閒之射箭活動參與者的目標取向、社會支持與休閒效益之間的關係。以「九十九年度總統盃全國射箭錦標賽」選手為研究對象，共計發放 450份問卷，有效問卷 351份。以結構方程模式（SEM）驗證研究假設關係。結果顯示： 受訪者身份以男性、未婚19-25歲學生佔多數，在平均月收入方面除了學生族群外，以30,001~45,000元者佔多數。認真休閒六個構面在選手級別、年齡變數上顯示：國中組的各項特質表現都大於其他組別。國中組選手的「工作取向」特質大於大專社團組選手；「社會支持」之「實質」構面，未婚者大於已婚者；「情緒」與「實質」兩個構面， 18歲以下者的支持感受都大於其他組別。 另外射箭活動休閒者之目標取向對認真休閒具有直接且正向的影響；社會支持會正向影響認真休閒；認真休閒特質愈明顯，對休閒效益的感受程度愈高；社會支持除了會直接影響休閒效益外，也可透過認真休閒的中介效果影響休閒效益，射箭活動休閒者在投入休閒活動的過程中，能透過重要他人的支持，達到良好的休閒效益。 研究發現射箭人口中斷現象過多，主因是經濟能力，凸顯出學校教育提供民眾多元運動推廣之重要性與必要性，建議學校在課餘時間提供場地、器材（租借），使民眾能更方便的持續從事休閒活動進而獲得良好休閒效益。
This study aimed to understand the serious leisure activities of participants of the archery target orientation, social support and the relationship between leisure benefits. The ＂Ninety-nine years President of the National Archery Championship Cup,＂ players for the study, a total of 450 questionnaires issued, 351 valid questionnaires. Structural equation modeling (SEM) verification of hypothesized relationships. The results showed: Respondents were male, unmarried majority; age of majority in 19-25 years old; the professional to the majority of students, followed by military and government groups; player level to the majority community college; average monthly income in addition to the student group In addition, to 30,001 ~ 45,001 accounted for the majority. In the six dimensions of serious leisure player level, age variables display: State of the characteristics of the performance in the group are larger than other groups. Group of players in the country, ＂task orientation＂ trait group than college players association; ＂social support＂ and ＂substantive＂ dimension, unmarried than married persons; ＂emotional＂ and ＂real＂ two dimensions, 18 feelings are less support than other groups. Leisure activities were the target archery orientation on serious leisure has direct and positive impact; social support will positively affect the serious leisure; serious leisure is more obvious, the feeling of the higher the level of leisure benefits; social support in addition to a direct impact on leisure benefits , but also through the intermediary of serious leisure than the fruit of leisure benefits, archery leisure activities leisure activity in the investment process, through the support of significant others, to achieve a good leisure benefits. The study found: Archery interruptions over the population, mainly due to economic capacity, highlighting the diverse school education campaign to promote the importance and necessity of proposed school after school hours to provide space, equipment (loan), so that people can more easily continued to engage in leisure activities and then get a good leisure benefits. |
