摘要:	本研究目的為探討嘉義縣退休族群參與志願活動所獲得的休閒效益與幸福感之研究，並加以討論家人支持在此關連中所扮演的角色為何。透過問卷施測，實際回收252份有效問卷。資料回收經統計分析Pearson相關分析、階層迴歸、T檢定與單因子變異數分析(One-Way ANOVA)等方法發現：一、休閒效益現況中，以「結交新朋友」為平均數最高的項目。二、幸福感現況則是以「我覺得和朋友在一起很有趣」為平均數最高的項目。三、休閒效益和幸福感呈現正相關。四、家人支持對休閒效益與幸福感間之影響無顯著干擾效果。五、是否持續進修與教育程度是影響休閒效益和幸福感之重要因素。　　　本研究結果發現社交與學習為主要影響退休族群成功老化之因素，因此建議相關單位提供學習平台並做社交方面之結合，給予退休族群更多交流與成長機會。　　The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between leisure benefits and well-being of retiree who participating in voluntary activities. A number of 252 valid questionnaires were collected. The results are as followed:1. The participants felt that making new friends was the most important leisure benefits.2. The participants felt satisfied when being with friends.3. There were significant correlations between leisure benefits and well-being.4. Family support didn’t influence the effect of leisure benefits on well-being. 5. Learning and education level were important factors which affected leisure benefits and well-being of older people.　　　Social interaction and learning were the main effects for retiree to reach successful aging. It is suggested that learning platform should be provided to give retiree opportunities to keep learning and growing during the aging process.
