Unlike the native graduate students, or even most of the local professionals do, principally relying on either the secondhand intermediaries or the third-hand versions (including English and any other European ones), here a thorough breakthrough is rendered in this research. By translating directly from the ancient Greek text(s) of Plato, namely his Συμπόσιον, together with the time-consuming process, of which painstakingly archeology-like investigation participates inside the publications concerning scholia, Hellenic language, cultural history, classics, philosophical journals, referential encyclopaedias, and so forth, we are able to decipher explicitly what on earth the very philosopher means, or may we put it as 'harbors' under his brilliant contrivance, within such a perfectly organized chef d'œuvre bringing the significance into light before the readers' eyes. That is, through scrutinizing the interweaving context of each logos out of the seven main characters together with an absent prophetess, plus the double narrator behind the storyline, not only do we solve the, notwithstanding popular, literally problematic comment from the renowned mythologist, Edith Hamilton, but also advance the Horizont where we step closer into the creator's sight, authentically and dependably, according to the academic requirements and purposes. In addition, the notion of Hegel's Dialectic as well as that of Gadamer's Hermeneutics is partly resorted to as the guideline amid interpreting the dialogue.
