    摘要:   本論文以人臉表情為研究主軸,經由個人的生活經驗以及相關的繪畫研究來發展出與以往不同的表情題材畫作,故以形於色–陳星豪繪畫創作論述為題研究。   第一章確立研究的範疇與想呈現的創作內容走向,論述本研究其動機目的與創作研究範圍,發掘並篩選出能嘗試的創作方式。第二章學理基礎了解表情的形成與行於色的內涵過程以及意義,再蒐集表情題材在藝術史上的發展與藝術表現的面向,清楚分析過後來反思自己在表情這個題材上能有哪些發揮加以琢磨。   第三章形於色臉部表情之創作理念與實踐,陳述新創意的啟發與理念的實踐方法,加以整合統籌。進入第四章後作品的詮釋,內容將分成三個系列主題作個別解析,過程內容以及經驗的分享,來解釋畫作的內涵及意義。第五章綜結及回顧研究過程,作為本篇研究的心得與展望。   依照步驟完成本研究創作論述,希望能創造出有趣味的作品,爾後對於形於色以及其他題材研擬出其他的發展與嘗試。
      Facial expression is the core in the study. Based on personal life experience and related panting study, creative paintings on the basis of the theme of facial expression are developed in the study, and they are different from the ancient ones. Facial Expression–A Discussion on the Oil Painting Works of Hsin-Hao Chen.   In chapter one, there are the scope of study and the content of creation, and there are also detailed descriptions, like study motive, limitation of creation, and trial creative ways. In chapter two, a clear understanding of facial expression, like its formation, content of process, and meaning, can be obtained according to the theoretical foundation. Then, related data of the theme of facial expression can be collected from the development of art history and art presentation. After analysis from the data, there can be a deep consideration of the theme, and a try can be taken to find other ways on the expression of the theme.   In chapter three, it consists of the ideas of creation and the ideas of execution about facial expression. Furthermore, there are descriptions of inspiration of creative ideas and descriptions of the ways of execution, and all information is consolidated in the chapter. In chapter four, it’s the interpretation of works, and the content is divided into three themes. There is detailed separate analysis of the collections of the three themes. The overtone and meaning of works are explained through the content of the process and the share of experience. In chapter five, it’s the review of the whole study process, and can be regarded as the conclusion and prospection of the study.   On the basis of steps to finish the creations, hopefully interesting and creative works can be created. In the future, there could be other developments and tries on different themes except expression on face.
