Abstract:	新產業發展過程中往往會一定經歷過知識獲取、擴散的階段，故本研究經由深度訪談與相關文獻理論資料的收集彙整，觀察石桌地區知識獲取、擴散與產業發展之關聯。本研究結果發現影響該地區知識獲取、擴散對於產業發展之因素，會因為新產業的價值高低、農業創新的有用性高低、交通易達性、政策等因素，影響一個地區的知識獲取、擴散，進而影響該地區產業之發展。　　When a new industry enters into an area, its development process must go through the stage of knowledge acquisition and diffusion. This study observed the effectiveness of knowledge acquisition and diffusion on the industrial development in Shi-Zhuo area. The data was generated via in-depth interview and collection and synthesis of related literature. The results showed that numerous factors effected on knowledge acquisition and diffusion of the researched area and which further impacted on the industrial development of the area. These factors included the value of the new industries, the usefulness of agricultural innovation, the transportation accessibility and the government policies.
