節能減碳、輕量化、環保,為目前全球積極討論的環境趨勢議題;而在金屬材料中,鋁在於這一片環保節能、輕量化的聲浪中,為常被提及的金屬材料,因為鋁具有輕量化、高強度、耐腐蝕、容易加工、易導熱、易導電等特性,全球使用鋁製品的比例僅次於鋼材,無論建築用品、交通工具、生活用品等常選用鋁為製作材料,由於使用比例高、需求量也隨之增加,因此製鋁所造成的環境衝擊,更應受到重視;如何減輕製鋁過程中所帶來的環境問題,變成一項重要的課題。 因此,本研究針對鋁工業目前的環境問題,首先透過個案訪談,了解鋁工業所面臨的環境現況;其次,蒐集鋁工業相關資料;最後,利用生命週期評估觀點,將鋁工業各階段所可能造成的環境問題分析整理,進一步利用生命週期評估軟體Simapro7 分析結果,將鋁工業的環境問題歸納。 綜合上述研究方法,建立三角驗證架構,結果顯示能源使用結構帶來的環境衝擊為鋁工業目前面臨的環境衝擊來源;故本研究分別對於能源轉型與汙染管制提出改善建議方案;其研究成果提供學術研究者與實務業者作為參考。 Carbon reduction, lightweight and environmental protection are the active discussion topics in the current global environmental trends. Among the metal materials, aluminum is often mentioned in the trend of energy conservation because of its features of lightweight, high-strength, corrosion resistance, easy processing, easy heat and easy conductivity.Aluminum is the second amount of usage in the world only to steel, its application covers from building supplies, vehicles and daily supplies etc. The more usage of aluminum is, the more demand it is. Therefore, the aluminum issue toward the environmental problem should be taken into account seriously; i.e. how to reduce the manufacture of aluminum affecting the environmental problem becomes an important issue. The study attempts to deeply investigate the current environmental problems caused by the aluminum industry by the case interview firstly; secondly, collecting the practical data from the industry is needed; finally, integrating and analyzing the collected data by software of life cycle assessment, Simapro7, to induct the real environmental issues caused by the industry in theprocesses of production. According to the proposed method, the study findings show that the energy usage and greenhouse gas emissions are the two serious factors affecting environmental protection viatriangulation verification. Therefore, the study proposes the improvement programs for energy transformation and pollution control problems.The research findings are provided to academic researchers for further study.
