本文藉由朱丹溪情志三鬱憂鬱、怒鬱、思鬱思維結構與周敦頤「定之以中正仁義」工夫之間的義理親和性,試圖從中找出一條「以定治鬱」之身心論述脈絡。於是本文針對《通書》《伊川易傳》以及日本學者荻原擴、岡田武彥等學者之說法,證成了「中正」實為一個語詞,而非朱子解釋「中正」為「中」與「正」之說法。鑑此,筆者依著「仁者不憂」及對儒學義理之掌握,依理預設了「踐仁以定止憂鬱」、「集義以定止怒鬱」「中正以定止思鬱」之配置形式。最後則經由對此對應架構之探討,筆者發現到朱丹溪情志三鬱思維結構與宋學義理有相呼應之處,從而藉此得以開展出周敦頤《太極圖說》定靜工夫之另一詮釋視野。 This article focuses on discovering a psychosomatic discourse of “ composing oneself to cure depressions” by researching into the logistic resemblances between Zhu Dan-xi’s “three kinds of depression caused by emotion” theory (depressions caused by anxiety, depressions caused by anger, and depressions caused by ponder) and Zhou Dun-yi’s “compose oneself by zhong-zheng-ren-yi(中正仁義)” theory. By demonstrating the perspectives from Tong Shu(通書) and Yichuan Yizhuan(伊川易傳), and insights for two Japanese scholars, Ogihara Hiro and Okata Takehiko, this paper justifies that zhong-zheng(中正) is one word instead of Zhu Xi’s view of two words, i.e. zhong(中)and zheng(正).The author therefore presupposes the formulation of “jian-ren(踐仁) to compose depressions caused by anxiety”, “ ji-yi(集義) to compose depressions caused by anger”, and “zhong-zheng(中正) to compose depressions caused by ponder” according to his comprehensions of “the virtuous are free from depressions” and of the Confucianism doctrines. In summary, this study concludes that “three kinds of depressions caused by emotions” correlates with the Neo-Confucianism of the Song Dynasties through discussions of this triad formulation. A further horizon of the ding(定) and jing(靜) skills from Zhou Dun-yi’s Taichi Tushuo(太極圖說) consequently emerges.
