文建會於2002年提出「地方文化館計畫」,此計畫是結合並延續社區總體營造的經驗,地方文化館計畫推行是希望帶動觀光,以及提升地方文化產業,並且進一步提升地方的附加價值,為地方帶來就業機會與經濟效益。 后里薩克斯風產業始於1946年,現今后里樂器廠大多為張連昌先生的後代子孫,張連昌先生被稱為后里「樂器之鄉」創始人。為了紀念連昌先生對后里薩克斯風產業的貢獻,第四代子孫張宗瑤夫婦於2002年時成立了「張連昌薩克斯風紀念館」,以感念祖父對薩克斯風產業的貢獻,並藉此保存與發揚台灣薩克斯風產業的發展歷史。 本研究以次級資料分析、深度訪談、問卷調查為研究方法。深度訪談採用半結構式訪談,訪談對象為紀念館館長、玩家館館長、樂器文化協會會長以及四位專家學者。問卷調查採結構式問卷,發放對象為到館參觀的當地民眾與觀光客。 本研究之研究目的為以下四點:一是透過深度訪談過程中,進一步了解並探討薩克斯風紀念館目前營運概況和目前在營運過程中所面臨的困境,以及未來在發展上有哪些計畫和目標。二是透過問卷調查,進一步了解地方民眾對於薩克斯風紀念館之認同度、參與度、認知度,並檢視地方民眾對地方文化館的認同感。三是透過業界的深度訪談,以了解薩克斯風產業在后里發展的狀況。四是透過業界與學者的深度訪談以及問卷統計資料,進一步將資料分析並加以整理歸納,提供薩克斯風紀念館未來在經營上之建議,以此作為未來在經營與發展上的參考。 In 2002, The Council for Cultural Affairs (CCA) launched a "Community Cultural Project" which is a program to integrate and continue the experiences of community development. The goal is to promote the tourism and enhance local cultural industry, moreover, to extend the additional values of region. These will conceivably increase job opportunities and furthermore to bring economic benefit. Saxophone industry began in 1946. Nowadays, most of the owners of musical instrument factory in Houli are descendants of Mr. Lian-chang Zhang who had been called "The Father of Houli". In order to commemorate the contributions which Mr. Zhang had brought to Saxophone industry, the fourth-generation descendants established "Zhang Lian-chang Saxophone Memorial Hall" in 2002, not only for the memory of their great grand father, but also to preserve and add a glory history to the Saxophone industry in Taiwan. This thesis uses the Secondary Data Analysis, In-depth Interviews, and Questionnaire Survey as research methods. The purposes of this thesis are as follows. First, get further understanding of the operating condition of the Zhang Lian-chang Saxophone Memorial Hall through In-depth Interview. Second, get further understanding of local people's perspectives on the memorial hall through Questionnaire Survey. The third one is an In-depth Interviews within this industry; for the purpose of comprehend the development of Saxophone industry in Houli. The fourth one is to decipher the statistical data from previous In-depth Interviews and Questionnaire Survey.
