摘要:	本研究旨在探討加護病房護理人員面臨照顧瀕死同僚的悲傷與哀悼歷程。以詮釋現象學方法為取向，從病房田野觀察與六位護理人員為研究對象進行深度訪談，取得文本資料。在文本的視域化綜合分析之後，針對六位加護病房護理人員照顧瀕死同僚中所經歷的悲傷與哀悼歷程，進行經驗的深描與詮釋，還原其經驗內涵，並詮釋經驗背後的深層意義。　　　研究發現，加護病房護理人員面對照顧同事瀕死的歷程中所承受的悲傷情緒，以及在護理過程中對護病關係的再理解與對悲傷的調適歷程及脈絡，歸結為以下幾點：（1）被遮蔽的死亡「臨現」經驗；（2）透過照顧對象關係的不同，衝擊護理過程中的悲傷情緒－實際體會視病猶親的困境；（3）透過照顧關係轉變，深刻體會身為病患家屬的痛苦與煎熬；（4）專業的護理形象是宣洩悲傷情緒的最大障礙；（5）悲傷歷程與調適是對生命與死亡的理解與超越的過程。　　　本研究結果可促進醫療單位重視加護病房護理人員在照顧工作中悲傷情緒抒發的困難，並在專業的養成教育、在職教育的課程安排中，重新建立護理工作中愛與反思的能力，讓加護病房的護病關係能真正落實在人道醫療上。　　This research aimed to discuss the process of grief and mourning that ICU nurses who have to face the situation of taking care of dying colleagues. Take Hermeneutic Phenomenology as the study method to get text by deep interview from rooms of patients and field observation from six nurses as the study objects.　　　After visualized compounded analysis of the texture, processing deep description and interpretation, returning the inner experience and interpreting the deep meaning behind it.　　　The research finds out (1) The presence experience of sheltered death (2) Through the process of nursing cares-among variety of relationship with different caring objects-compacting the sorrowful emotion and realizing the difficulty of taking patients as relatives. (3) Through the transformation of caring relationship, deeply understand the pain and sorrow of the relatives of the patients. (4) The biggest obstacle of releasing sorrowful emotion is the image of professional nurses. (5) The road leading to understand and transcend life and death is the process of sorrow and adjustment.　　　This research can urge the medical units to take serious on the difficulties of releasing sorrowful emotions for those who work in ICU. To reconstruct the abilities of love and affection in nursing by professional education and further promoted education lessons. At the end, to relay the relationship of nursing-patients in human medical treatment.
