| 摘要: | 本研究採用質性研究方法，旨在探討護理人員的憂鬱情緒。自民國九十七年六月至十月以南部某醫學中心全體護理人員為對象，利用參與觀察、深度訪談及錄音方式收集十位參與者資料，以四層次文本分析法進行資料分析。結果分析呈現，護理人員憂鬱生活經驗來自二大範疇共七項主題，二十二項次主題，分別為：一、置身處境的壓力：（一）社會文化的框架、（二）家庭責任的負荷、（三）醫療環境的衝擊；二、邊界經驗的遭逢：（一）死亡的臨現、（二）責任與內疚、（三）存在的孤獨感、（四）無意義的生命價值。每個人在一生中的某個時間，都會進入沉思，並碰觸存在的終極關懷。對於護理人員而言，置身場域與邊界處境的臨現與轉化，正是一種有關生命存有負責任的對應模式，而這樣的生命觀也應開展於所對應的謢病關係中，讓彼此生命的價值得以實現。本研究可提供相關單位了解護理人員憂鬱的因素，重新省思、重視、關懷護理人員的憂鬱情緒，進而擬定可行的助人策略，降低因憂鬱黑洞而帶來的負面效應。
This study used qualitative research methods to explore the nurses depression mood. Since the Republic of China Approved to June to October to all the nurses in a medical center in southern targets, using participant observation, depth interviews, and recording of information were collected 10 participants to four-level text analysis method for data analysis. Analysis of presentation, nursing life experience depression two key areas from a total of seven themes, 22 sub-themes, namely: 1.exposure to the pressure of the situation: (1) social and cultural framework, (2) the burden of family responsibilities , (3) the impact of the medical environment; 2. boundary experienced the aftermath of: (1) clinical death are, (2) responsibility and guilt, (3) the existence of loneliness, (4) meaningless value of life. Everyone at some time in their lives, will enter the meditation, and touch the existence of ultimate concern. For the nurses, the exposure to Field and the boundary is and transformation of the clinical situation, it is a way of life there is the corresponding model of a responsible, but this view of life should also be carried out on the disease itself protected by the corresponding relationship to each other the value of life can be achieved. This study can provide relevant units to understand the factors that nurses depression, re-reflection, attention, caring nursing depressed mood, thereby helping others to develop viable strategies to reduce the black hole because of depression brought about negative effects. |
