台灣幼教產業在少子化現象與經濟持續不景氣環境下,經營環境正面臨空前的嚴重衝擊,幼兒園的經營者如何在競爭激烈的產業中,研擬出具有競爭優勢的經營策略,是為當務之急。本研究以資源基礎觀點,目的為探討幼兒園如何運用本身所具有獨特的有形及無形資源與能力,強化其核心競爭力,進而獲取較佳的經營績效。本研究採個案研究法,分別對三所公、私立幼兒園園長做深度訪談,藉由訪談探究個案園所的內部資源與能力,分析幼兒園競爭優勢與經營績效,歸納結果顯示,每所幼兒園會因為長期的累積、培養與佈署,而形成其特有的資源及能力,這些特有的資源及能力正是幼兒園建構出其核心競爭力的基礎。最後依據本研究結果,特別針對經營績效較不理想之幼兒園提出具體的建議,提供經營者在制定經營策略上之參考。 Preschool Education Business in Taiwan is facing serious historical impact resulted from dropping birth-rate and prolonged recession. How to cogitate business strategies that is of competitive advantage is front-burner for those who are running kindergarten business in this fiercely competitive domain. Based on resource-based view (RBV), the purpose of this study is to explore how kindergarten managers could best utilize their own unique tangible and intangible resources and capabilities to strengthen their core competence in order to acquire better performance. Case Study was done through deep interview with three kindergarten principals, public and private, respectively. By means of interviewing, it was the interior resources capabilities of respective kindergartens that were examined, and the competitive advantage and performance were analyzed. Results showed that each kindergarten has constructed its own unique resources and capabilities as a result of long-term operating accumulation, cultivation, and human resource deployment. These unique resources and capabilities are the foundations that construct its core competence. Based on the research results, suggestions were given to the kindergarten managers, whose school is worse in operating effects, as reference when they are to set up competitive strategies.
