由於學生的問題愈趨於複雜且多元,軍訓教官需要具備專業的輔導能力來服務學生,突顯出軍訓教官在輔導專業知能教育的重要性。本研究以臺北市公私立高中職學校軍訓教官為研究對象,以學習動機、教學資源重視程度、學習阻礙、心流經驗等四個變項來探討對訓練成效評估之影響。研究結果發現:1.不同集群在心流經驗上具有顯著性的差異。2.不同集群之學習動機對訓練成效評估具有部份顯著差異。3.不同集群之教學資源重視程度對訓練成效評估具有部份顯著差異。4.不同集群之學習阻礙對訓練成效評估具有少數部份顯著差異。5.心流經驗在學習動機、教學資源重視程度、學習阻礙對訓練成效評估具有顯著的干擾作用。 Due to the student problems getting more complicate and different nowadays, the Military Instructors need more professional knowledge in order to help and service the students. It means that it is very important for the Military Instructors to be equipped with more counseling professional knowledge. This research purpose is to find out the influence of training evaluation from four different items by Learning motivation ; Importance of teaching resources ; Learning barrier ; Flow experience. The research target groups are based on Taipei Public & Private High school Military Instructors. The research result is as following: (1) The Flow experiences for different groups are obviously different. (2) The Learning motivation in each groups are some obviously different in the training evaluation. (3) The Importance of teaching resources in each Groups are with some obviously different in the training result evaluation. (4) The Learning barrier in each groups are with few obviously different in the training evaluation. (5)Flow experience is with obviously interfering function to the Learning Motivation, Importance of Teaching Resources and Learning Barrier in the training evaluation.
