This study aimed to investigate the relationship between leadership styles, and organizational climate which affect employee turnover intention. This study used a statistical method of design in the formulation of the questionnaire. Following data collection, descriptive statistic analysis, one way analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation coefficient was applied to conduct data analysis. (SPSS16). To test the research hypothesis, this study primarily used Amos17 to do Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in order to assess relationship across various dimensions. The sampled population of this study was employees in Mongolia, Taiwan, and Chinese trading company. The result findings are that there is significant difference between Mongolia, Taiwan and China and Leadership styles and organizational climate do not affect an employee turnover intention and leadership styles' affect on organization climate.
