本研究旨在探討國民小學身心障礙資源班學生家長對於資源班教育服務之滿意度,以及比較不同背景變項之資源班學生家長對於滿意度的差異,並且進一步瞭解家長對提升資源班教育服務滿意度的具體建議。 本研究採問卷調查方式進行,以許明仁(2005)所編製之「國小資源班家長對資源班服務滿意度調查問卷」為研究工具。研究對象為九十八學年度經嘉義縣特殊教育鑑定安置輔導委員會安置於嘉義縣立國民小學接受身心障礙資源班特殊教育服務之學生家長,共325人,有效問卷231份,問卷有效率71.1%。問卷所得之資料以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗和單因子變異數加以分析。所得結果如下一、在「實施概況」層面的滿意度,男性的資源班學生家長的滿意度高於女性的資源班學生家長。二、在「實施概況」及「行政與設備」層面的滿意度,低社經地位的資源班學生家長的滿意度高於高社經地位的資源班學生家長。三、參與IEP會議次數愈多的資源班學生家長對資源班教育服務的滿意度愈高。四、在「教學現況」及「學生學習」層面的滿意度,子女是智能障礙的資源班學生家長的滿意度高於子女是學習障礙及其他障礙類別的資源班學生家長。五、子女每週接受不同服務時數的資源班學生家長對資源班教育服務的滿意度並無顯著差異。 The purpose of this study is to investigate the parents' satisfaction about resource room service in primary schools. A Survey of the parents' satisfaction about resource room service in primary schools has been conducted as the research tool. Research targets are focused on the parents of the resource room service from the public primary schools in Chiayi County. The major findings of this research are as the following:1. Male parents are more satisfied with resource room services than female parents.2. Parents with low level of social and economical status are more satisfied with resource room services than those with high level of social and economical status.3. Parents participated in Individual Education Program (IEP) conferences are more satisfied with resource room services than parents who didn't participate.4. Mentally retarded student parents are more satisfied with resource room services than learning disability parents and others.5. Parents whose children received different hours of resource room services do not have significant difference in parents' satisfaction about resource room service.
