本研究旨在探討嘉義縣國小特殊教育教師的工作滿意現況,及其在不同個人背景變項與不同個人工作背景變項上的差異情形。 本研究採普查方式,對嘉義縣國小特殊教育教師之工作滿意,進行調查研究。研究工具為「嘉義縣國小特殊教育教師工作滿意度調查問卷」,共寄出90 份問卷,回收有效問卷為83 份。根據本研究的結果,可以歸納以下結論:一、嘉義縣國小特殊教育教師的工作滿意度未達很高的滿意程度,顯示目前工作情境仍未臻理想,需再加以改善。二、嘉義縣國小特殊教育教師,在各層面的工作滿意程度不同,由高而低的順序為:工作特質、組織結構、參與決策、領導方式。三、不同個人背景及個人工作背景的國小特殊教育教師,在工作滿意各層面只有一項有顯著差異。(一)不同性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、教學年資的國小特殊教育教師,在工作滿意各層面,沒有顯著差異。(二)就任教班別而言,身心障礙資源班組之工作滿意度在工作特質層面上高於自足式啟智班組。 The main purpose of this study was to investigate the job satisfaction for special education teachers in Chiayi County. Also, this study was to examine the degree of influence of the teacher's job satisfaction on background variables and work-related variables. A survey on job satisfaction for special education teachers in Chiayi County was conducted by a "Questionnaire of Job Satisfaction for special education Teachers". Through a general investigation, 90 copies of questionnaires were sent out and 83 copies were valid.The main findings of this study show that:1. Most special education teachers in primary schools were satisfied with their work, though not very satisfied. It showed current work circumstances were not ideal enough. Some improvement was required.2. In terms of job-satisfaction, the related order is: job characteristics, organizational structure, decision participation and leadership.3. There was one significant difference in the level of job satisfaction among the different background variables and work-related variables.
