Abstract: | 本研究主要目的:在於探討嘉義地區自行車參與者的休閒參與動機、休閒效益、生活品質及工作滿意度的差異情形,進而探討嘉義地區自行車參與者的休閒參與動機、休閒效益、生活品質與工作滿意度之間的關聯性。本研究受試對象為嘉義地區自行車參與者,並本身已有工作者,共寄發問卷400份,回收有效問卷359份,有效量表回收率為89.80%。並以t考驗、單因子變異數分析及典型相關等統計方法進行驗證分析。本研究結果如下所述:一、嘉義地區自行車參與者之休閒參與動機在不同「性別」、「年齡」、「教育程度」上達顯著差異;且休閒參與動機與工作滿意度有關聯性存在。二、嘉義地區自行車參與者之休閒效益在不同「年齡」、「職業」、「教育程度」、「婚姻狀況」上達顯著差異;且休閒效益與工作滿意度有關聯性存在。三、嘉義地區自行車參與者之生活品質在不同「性別」、「年齡」、「教育程度」、「月收入」、「居住地」上達顯著差異;且生活品質與工作滿意度有關聯性存在。四、嘉義地區自行車參與者之工作滿意度在不同「年齡」、「職業」、「婚姻」、「月收入」上達顯著效益。 The purposes of this study were to explore the leisure motivation, leisure benefits, quality of life and job satisfaction of bike participants of Chiayi area and to explore the relationship among the leisure motivation, leisure benefits, quality of life and job satisfaction of bike participants. The subjects of this study were bike participants of Chiayi area. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent out and 359 responded questionnaires are effective. The response rate of effective questionnaires is 89.80%. T test, one-way ANOVA, and canonical analysis are used to analyze the collected data. The findings of this study are as follows: First, there were different in gender, age and education and in bike participants’ leisure motivation. The significant correlation is between Leisure Motivation and Job Satisfaction. Second, there were different in age, occupation, education and marital status in bike participants’ leisure efficiency. The significant correlation is between Leisure Benefits and Job Satisfaction. Third, there were different in gender, age, education, monthly household income and the place they live in participant’s quality of life. The significant correlation is between Quality of Life and Job Satisfaction. Fourth, there were different in age, occupation, marital status and monthly household in participant’s job satisfaction. |
