    Abstract:   台灣進行產業文化資產保存與再利用業已數年,許多產業文化資產再利用也傾向於文化觀光,聯合觀光向外推展,藉由活動辦理、展演、文化藝術節慶等方式,匯聚人氣並提升知名度,其最直接的標的便是實體文化商品的呈現,與近年來體驗與DIY互動式的文化活動商品;從地方節慶乃至國際級藝術展演,文化活動商品的研發與操作,往往是最能吸引參與者的目光。學界針對體驗文化商品的討論相當熱烈,從文化商品開發、符號運用到文化商品化皆有所分析與關注,然而,相關研究所討論的議題,多以滿意度或商品化為分析架構與探討核心,忽略了實踐過程中具有不同先備知識行動者所面臨的挑戰與難題。   文化活動商品所呈現的,是表演者、參與者與空間相互滲透的過程;簡而言之,活動的場所—空間/舞台;產業技術面的模擬與展現—表演;DIY與相關產業活動的體驗—參與。毫無疑問地,文化活動商品的操作如同一齣戲劇,其成功與否除了原本活動內容(劇本)的設計外,脫離不了表演者對於豐富產業知識精髓的掌握與訊息傳遞。本研究試圖運用環境劇場理論,以布袋洲南文化鹽田的工作假期系列活動為主要研究對象,分析不同身份的表演者對於文化活動商品的前期倡導、理念傳達與操作所存在的形形色色的差異。研究發現,在洲南文化鹽田工作假期中,當表演者是老鹽工時,他所扮演的角色即是自己,其生命故事與身體勞動在在吸引著參與者,但對於文化活動的引導與技巧則顯得生疏;相反地,當表演者是鮮少參與鹽業勞動生活的文化工程師或青年志工時,他們雖具有文化活動操作的技術,但因缺乏相關前備知識與身體時做經驗,而無法將其技術與活動背後所傳遞的訊息相結合。
      Industry heritage's conservation and reuse have been many years in Taiwan, and almost has a tendency towards cultural tourism, such as cultural activities, shows, cultural festivals, etc. The conservation and reuse of heritage industry have been developed in Taiwan for many years, and tend to be focused on cultural tourism, such as cultural activities, shows, cultural festivals and so on. Especially experience and DIY activity of cultural activities which are the tourist's favorite. The most popular product is the experience of and DIY interactions with cultural activities.    Cultural activity describes the involvement of performers, participants and space , with the place as a stage, technological presentation as a performance, the experience as a participation. In a word, cultural activity serves as a theatrical product.    This paper explores the case study is of Jou-nan cultural saltfield at Budai. The study uses Environmental Theater of Richard Schechner's theory to analyze different performers' execute of cultural activity. The result shows that different performers have their own superiority. However, the interaction between performers and audience depend on performers' plentiful industrial knowledge and authentic life. The author suggest that different performers' exercise should be used as a way of group work to help the performers get to know each other better, and let them have a apprenticeship to preparation their performer, and enable them to prepare for their performances through apprenticeship.
