    摘要:   本文主要想了解在台灣光復後,國民政府如何讓一個曾經長期被日本殖民的台灣,藉由初等教育的師資培訓來鞏固國家根基?及在不同的歷史脈絡下,師範生如何不知不覺的受到規訓,同時更進一步的認同並傳遞主流價值,最後形塑出一位好老師的模樣。   研究者以Foucault規訓的概念來分析在師範學校到師專時期,國家機器如何運用權力的機制來操控、改造師範生的行為及心靈,讓師範生心悅誠服的信仰它,並深深的影響其未來成為國小教師後的教學生涯,另外,研究者使用了歷史研究法及訪談法找尋證據,從中了解其時代背景及教育政策與規訓之間的關係。   研究結果發現國民政府為了排除日據時代日本對台灣教化的影響,並建立台灣人民的認同感,在師範院校中實行了「中國化」及「黨化」的教育,而在師範學校到師專時期,由於仍為戒嚴時期,且民風保守,政府對於師範生的規訓甚為嚴格,而師範生也認同這樣的規訓是為了日後成為一位好老師所必須經歷的,從訪談的資料中也顯示嚴格的規訓對師範生日後的班級經營深具影響,但隨著時代的變遷,社會環境的改變,讓具師專背景的國小老師,不得不改變他們的教學理念及班級經營的方式,如此才能讓國小學童在發揮潛能及發展創造力的同時,也能遵守應有的紀律。

Researcher to Foucault's concept of discipline in the Normal School to Teachers College period, the state machine mechanism for the use of power control, transformation of normal behavior and spiritual health, so that normal students completely convinced of the belief in it, and deeply influence their The future becomes elementary teachers teaching career after the other, the researcher used historical research and interviews to find the evidence, learn about the background of his time and education policy and the relationship between the discipline.    The results showed that the National Government to exclude the Japanese occupation of Taiwan cultivation of Japan, and the establishment of the Taiwan people's sense of identity, in the Normal School in the implementation of the "China"and "party"of education, the division in the normal school special period, still under martial law since, and conservative folk customs, the Government Teachers Students very strict discipline, and normal students agree that this discipline is in order to become a good teacher must go through, the information from the interviews data also shows the strict discipline will affect the future of classroom management . With the changing times, the social environment of change, Teachers background to a primary school teacher, had to change their teaching philosophy and classroom management manner, so that it can allow elementary students to develop their potential and develop creativity, but also to observe the proper discipline.
