Abstract:	本研究經由對台灣世界展望會的幻想主題批評研究，觀察該組織身為世界重要兒童關顧機構所使用的語藝策略。從幻想主題、幻想類型建構出該組織的語藝視野，並省思語藝視野其背後的意涵，亦評估該組織的語藝策略是否有效。　　　透過台灣世界展望會設計為大眾閱覽的刊物《展望會訊》、志工刊物《展望之友》與為青少年編撰的《Enter》三份期刊為主要分析文本，並輔以參與觀察，探討台灣世界展望會為社會大眾進行的語藝說服方式。　　　研究結果發現，台灣世界展望會為內部工作人員、捐款人、營友、志工、災民等民眾建構出「當下天堂」一種積極、樂觀的語藝視野；在「當下天堂」的語藝視野背後更可見許多因為父系社會、資本社會、種族歧視等大環境不公平所釀成的悲劇。其次，也從飢餓體驗人數的累增與媒體對台灣世界展望會正面的報導得知，台灣世界展望會的語藝策略具有說服的效力。　　In this study, the language-using tactic is observed through the rhetorical vision of World Vision Taiwan. From fantasy theme analysis, a rhetorical vision, the organization construct rhetorical vision ＂Heaven Here and Now＂, can be found.　　　From the rhetorical vision, we learn that we have to be optimistic and positive. Furthermore, we could find a tragedy behind the rhetorical vision; including the patriarchy, capitalism and racial discrimination that exist in our society.　　　According to the positive reports and the increased number of people who experience hunger, a successful rhetorical tactic of World Vision Taiwan to convince the public is found.
