Abstract:	本論文旨在探討政府大力推動電子化政府之際，電子採購系統的使用也正式邁入第二代系統，本研究主要目的為：期望能瞭解國小採購人員對第二代共同供應契約系統使用滿意度情形並將研究結果提供相關機關參考以供其決策採購相關事項及修正系統之參考。　　　本研究採用問卷調查法，以研究者所服務的雲林縣國小採購人員為研究對象。共計發放156份問卷，回收143份，其中有效問卷142份，有效問卷達91.02 %。問卷調查結果經統計分析後，獲得下列結論：一、採購人員以男性居多、多為總務主任兼任，學歷偏高多為學、碩士，但擔任採購年資偏低流動性較大，但普遍而言資訊能力皆佳。二、採購人員對於服務品質構面的滿意度較高、資訊品質構面次之，系統品質構面較低。三、採購人員在性別、服務地區、教育程度及資訊能力等背景變項未有顯著差異；在學校規模及職務的背景變項則有部份項目有顯著差異。四、電子採購系統的系統品質、資訊品質及服務品質間呈正相關。　　The main purpose of the study is to acquire the expectation of the satisfaction of the procurement person and offer the research outcome provide the related institution as reference for the purchase policy making and the upgrade of the electronic system.　　　The study apply the questionnaire survey, based on the researcher's working area as an object of study (Yunlin area elementary school procurement person). Total provide 156 questionnaires. 143 questionnaires was filled and returned and 142 sets effective questionnaire. That is 91.02% validation. The study comes to the following conclusions.1. Procurement personnel majority is male, mostly play as general affaires director and teachers. The degree of education ratio is bachelor degree to master degree. Generally, they own the skill of computer technology but most of them stay in the position only in short time and lack of experience.2. The order of the satisfaction of the procurement system is service quality, information quality and system quality.3. In the study, we find out that gender、service area、education level and information capacity there are no obviously difference, but we find out that the school size related.4. Among its system quality, information quality and service quality is shown as positive related.
