摘要:	中國加入WTO後，成為全球壽險業投資發展的焦點，讓許多國際企業紛紛想在此投資的新興市場之一。而荷蘭壽險業為了擴大市場版圖，亦積極部屬進軍中國，但要邁向成功之路，往往會面臨到政策、法令、經營策略…等問題。　　　本文將探討中國加入WTO後，荷蘭壽險業投資中國壽險產業之個案，研究對象以荷蘭ING國際集團與全球保險集團，分別與中國企業透過合資的方式成立之「首創安泰人壽」與「海康人壽」，並試圖探討兩家跨國企業經營之模式。　　China become the target of the global insurance industry after entry the World Trade Organization, and one of the best markets of a lot of multi-national corporation investment solemnly. In order to expand domain the life insurance industry for Netherlands in world market, so they need to march into Chinese markets. But, if they want to toward the success road, they usually face some problems : policy, law, business strategy issues.　　　This paper will discuss the life insurance of Nederland investment in Chinese market after China entry the WTO. This article will proceed the discuss by case study, the objects of study are ＂International Netherlands Groups＂ and ＂Aegon group＂. They used the style of ＂joint capital＂ to establish left insurance companies that were ＂ING Capital Life Insurance Company Limited＂ and ＂AEGON-CNOOC Life Insurance＂ respectively. And discuss the model of management by these multi-national corporations.
