    摘要:   近年來地方文化產業發展興盛,形成了獨特的文化傳承方式,並且有其獨特的營運方法。當文化與地方產業結合之初,誰都無法料想到可以引起如此大的迴響,甚至可以讓沒落已久且不被重視的產業出現一線生機。   本論文首先探討古坑咖啡的起源以及近年來崛起的原因。透過歷史文獻探討與相關人士的訪談,瞭解古坑咖啡的歷史與其發展背景,以及成為當地產業代表的原因。   本研究以市面上最常見之即溶式咖啡包裝為設計對象,藉由問卷調查結果分析出最適合古坑咖啡產品包裝所應具備的設計元素,包括材質、形式與地方代表意象等等。設計完成的即溶式盒裝咖啡產品包裝,將可以協助古坑在地販售的咖啡產品與其他業者銷售之產品有所區隔,並建構一個屬於古坑當地的專屬品牌包裝。希望可藉由古坑咖啡產品包裝的設計增進地方文化涵養與產物的特色融合,延續當地文化產業的價值。
      The local culture industries in Taiwan have been vigorously developed in recent years, and have become a unique way to inherit local cultures. When local cultures were first combined with local industries, nobody would expect so much response from the consumers. Even more, this combination successfully brought the long-declined industries back to business again.   In this paper the researcher discusses the history of Cukeng coffee and the reason of its rise in recent years. Through the literature review and interviews of related persons, the researcher understands the history background of Guken coffee and the reason why it became a representative icon of local industries.   The design object of this paper is the packaging of the most popular instant coffee in the market. Through questionnaire surveys and analysis, the researcher find out that the most suitable packaging of Gukeng coffee should cover three design elements, including material, form and local image. The complete designs should be able to help the local coffee sales to separate Guken coffee from products of other place, and establish a unique brand image for Guken area. Hopefully, this paper will also contribute to enhance the fusion of local cultures and local industries, hence extend the value of local culture industries.
