| 摘要: | 無線射頻辨識標籤(Radio Frequency Identification; RFID )技術應用範圍非常廣泛，在航空維修管理方面，可以使其工作流程具有追蹤零附件維修與維修歷史資料管理。在後勤補給系統作業，可精確管制維修料件庫管，支援維修作業及進度管制，可大幅提升後勤支援綜效。RFID技術成功關鍵因素包括內部情境之組織作業管理及高階支持優勢、外部情境之產業發展及競爭優勢、市場科技效益及供應鏈作業流程相容性等成功因素，並整合組織管理之優質文化，提升組織成員向心力，促進內部團結，建立共同信念及價值觀，可強化組織整體競爭力及優勢。 本研究係探討無線射頻辨識標籤(RFID )導入成功關鍵因素、組織文化及空軍後勤器材管理等構面間之影響關係，在研究方法上，係採用封閉式問卷取樣方式探討，並以因素分析、典型相關分析及迴歸分析等方法予以驗證三者關係；經驗證結果顯示無線射頻辨識標籤(RFID )導入成功關鍵因素、組織文化對空軍後勤器材管理均有顯著影響關係，空軍後勤組織未來應研析導入RFID 技術之成功關鍵因素，強化軍事優質組織文化，提高後勤組織管理效能，並整合及再造器材管理技術與作業流程，俾能建立空軍後勤組織優質之後勤支援能力及績效指標，與提高整體後勤支援決策與效能。
The Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) is a popular for technique application. It is enable the working procedure of the aviation maintenance management to track the repairing parts and maintenance history. For supplying system, it can precisely control the stock parts to support the maintenance and status, so as to increase multi-efficiency of logistics supporting. The key success factors for RFID technique include organization operations management of internal scenario, high-level support advantage, industry development of external scenario, competitive advantage market technological benefit and compatibility for supply-chain operation procedure, furthmore, it integaates excellent culture of organizational management, promote and unite the staff's enthusiam and establishs a coherent belief and value with a view of enhancing overall competition, strength and advantage for organization. This research tries to discuss the influence inter-perspectives of the RFID Key Factor of Success, as the culture of organization, and material management of Air Force logistics. Based on the research result, the RFID Key Factors can be led into the logistics organization of Air Force efficiently, establish a technical and innovative Culture of Organization, consolidate the trimming logistics procedure, lower the workload and cost, create the efficiency of the real-time supply, so as to conform the operation effects of the future established the RFID electronic system. Achieve the goal of the armament preparation. Air Force future logistics organization should study and analysis the RFID critical leading in factors positively, improve the quality culture of military organization, promote the efficient methods of logistics management, integrate and re-establish the techniques and procedure of material management, so as to establish the high quality supporting capacity of Air Force logistics organization. And promote supportive decision making and efficiency of intergraded logistics. |
